Return Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase from The Branded Boutique, but if for any reason you need to make an exchange we want to make the process as easy as possible with straightforward, up-front instructions. ALL exchanges must be postmarked back within 7 days of you receiving your order.  You will need to email BrandedBoutiqueMO@gmail.com prior to returning for approval

Returns MUST be free of pet hair, free of smoke/odors tags still attached. This will be a denial of acceptance if they are tried to return like this. 

All exchanges require the customer to send $5 for packages under 1lb & $8.25 for packages over 1lb cash/check (unless stated otherwise) or send it to our Venmo ( The_Branded_Boutique ) to pay exchange shipping on the item being sent back to the customer.  This can be in the package with item your sending back or would need to have the shipping paid before we can ship out the item. If there is any difference in cost from the original item to the exchanged item you will be invoiced for that as well. 

USING SEZZLE:
When using Sezzle as a form of payment please make sure the order is $75 or greater. 

SALE ITEMS:

ALL SALE items are FINAL. Any promotional/flash sale items cannot be returned and are FINAL SALE.
Final Sale Items:
All sales are final on earrings, bralettes, seamless bottoms, swimwear, hair accessories (including hats), socks, pre-orders, custom items and eye wear. This is for hygienic purposes and there will be no exceptions on these items.
Store Credit:
All returned items are for STORE CREDIT ONLY, absolutely NO CASH REFUNDS.All returns must be postmarked back within 7 days of you receiving your order to get a store credit. Anything after that will not be accepted, and you will be responsible for shipping costs to get it back to you. 
Anything that smells of smoke, has stains, animal hair, has been washed/worn, or damaged by you will not be taken back. It must be in its original condition with original tags still in place along with your original receipt. Please email BrandedBoutiqueMO@gmail.com prior to returning for approval. 
BOOTS/SHOES:
Exchanges are welcome but they must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box such as the box that they were mailed to you in. Please use a carpet when trying them on. Damage to the box makes the items ineligible for returns.  No returns (store credit) or exchanges on boots or shoes with scuffs.
